Christian Halkias

Christian Halkias has a strong background in trading platforms, customer service, and marketing. Christian worked as the Director of Trading Platforms at PlanMember Financial Corporation, where they oversaw two trading platforms and $1 billion in assets. Christian also worked directly with the platform provider to improve technology, content, and customer experience. Additionally, they developed a service team focused on resolving customer issues creatively and successfully.

Prior to that, Halkias was the Call Center/Customer Service Manager/Resource Manager at Zecco Trading, where they built a 4-star Smart Money customer service center from scratch. Christian focused on development through mentoring, coaching, goal setting, empowerment, career pathing, and licensing, while maintaining quality and standards without sacrificing personality.

Halkias also served as the Resource Manager at Zecco Trading, Inc., and as the Director of Marketing at Pacific West Lending, where they analyzed specific regions around the country to target effective marketing and compliance. Christian successfully grew the business through honesty, integrity, and relationship building with clients and business associates.

Earlier in their career, Halkias worked as an Institutional Trader at Jack White/TD Waterhouse, where they served as a customer service supervisor and played a key role in the founding of the online trading division.

Christian Halkias obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Cal State University in 1995. Christian also holds a certification from Achieve Global, earned in 2012.
