Vanessa Johnson, MBA, serves as a Chief Member at Chief since March 2024 and holds positions as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Planned Parenthood Direct, Inc., starting in March 2023. At Kaleido Health Solutions, Inc., Vanessa has been the Vice President of Operations since July 2017, overseeing finance, revenue management, human resources, compliance, clinical, and legal operations.
