Nefertari Sloan

Nefertari Sloan is an experienced education and training professional with a strong background in sexual health and youth development. Currently serving as the Education Services Program Manager at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte since February 2022, Nefertari manages key internal and external communications, improves operational effectiveness, and monitors key performance indicators. Previous roles include Training & Prevention Coordinator at MISSSEY, Inc., where impactful training services were developed, and Principal Owner of Sloan's Solutions, LLC, focusing on educational workshops through an intersectional lens. Nefertari's experience encompasses various roles in health education, including Senior Health and Sexuality Educator at Mazzoni Center and Community Health Educator with a focus on at-risk populations. Educational qualifications include a degree in Sex Education from the Institute for Sexuality Education & Enlightenment and a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts with a concentration in LGBT Studies from Temple University.
