Barbara Caceres

Barbara Caceres has been working at Planned Parenthood Federation of America since 2013. Barbara'smost recent role is CRM Associate Director, which they started in June 2021. Before that, they held various positions including Manager, Salesforce Support & Administration from February 2020 to the present, Senior Specialist, User Support & Training from May 2016 to February 2020, Donor Retention Coordinator from January 2014 to May 2016, and Customer Service Coordinator from April 2013 to January 2014.

Barbara Caceres earned a Master's Degree in the Liberal Studies Program with a track in Archaeology of the Classical, Late Antique, and Islamic Worlds from The Graduate Center, City University of New York. Barbara attended the university from 2014 to 2018. Prior to their Master's Degree, Barbara completed their Bachelor's Degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from Hunter College. Barbara was enrolled at Hunter College from 2009 to 2011. Before that, Barbara received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from St. Joseph's University New York, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In terms of certifications, Barbara obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce in April 2022. Barbara also earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in November 2019.
