Chrishana White

Chrishana White is an accomplished equity and inclusion strategist, employee experience leader, and attorney. With a career dedicated to advocating for marginalized communities, particularly Black and brown individuals, Chrishana has served in key roles such as the Director of Equity at Reading Partners and the Associate Director of Culture and Equity at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. They have also held prominent positions in diversity, equity, and inclusion at various organizations, shaping policies and strategies that foster inclusive environments. Currently, Chrishana is an adjunct professor and community-based anti-racism experience advisor at Smith College School for Social Work.
