Jacqueline Ayers

SVP, Policy, Organizing, and Campaigns at Planned Parenthood

Jacqueline Ayers is PPFA’s Vice President of Government Relations & Public Policy. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the federation’s legislative affairs, global advocacy, and federal and state policy teams, in order to expand laws and policies that increase access to health care for all.

Prior to joining PPFA for the second time in her career in 2013, she served as legislative director for the National Urban League, was a legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives covering health, education and judiciary issues. She began her career as the associate legislative director for the ACLU of Indiana. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana and licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana. In 2016, Jacqueline also completed the first cohort of the Rockwood Fellowship for Reproductive Health, Rights and Justice.
