Kathy Liao

Kathy Liao has work experience at two different companies. From December 2015 to April 2021, they worked at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Their roles at this company include Database Programmer Analyst, Senior Specialist in Revenue Operations, Specialist in Revenue Operations, and Contributions Processor. Prior to that, from June 2014 to September 2014, Kathy worked as a Student Intern at the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Kathy Liao completed their education in a progressive chronological order. Kathy first attended Brooklyn Technical High School from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued studies in the field of Bio-medical Engineering. Following that, they attended John Jay College (CUNY) from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Forensic Science - Criminalistics. Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, Kathy attended the Zicklin School of Business and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Kathy has also obtained various certifications in the field of Salesforce. Kathy obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in April 2022. Additionally, they also acquired the Salesforce Certified Data Architect certification from Salesforce during the same month and year.
