Samaria Vereen

Samaria Vereen, MPH, currently serves as the Associate Director of Education Content Strategy at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for engaging digital health education content. Previously, Samaria held the position of Social Content Manager at the same organization, focusing on expanding digital community engagement through innovative content strategies related to reproductive healthcare and sex education. Additionally, experience as a Community Health Educator at Planned Parenthood South Atlantic involved coordinating and delivering evidence-based reproductive health education programs. Samaria's background also includes project management for a health education web series at Prisma Health, sales consulting at Sunglass Hut, and various educational roles, including summer camp supervision and internships focused on nutrition education. Samaria holds a Master of Public Health from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the College of Charleston.
