Susan Chow

Susan Chow has a diverse work experience. Susan started their career as a Research Assistant at UC Davis, where they worked on protein trafficking and assembly in chloroplasts. Susan then joined Medical Scribe Systems, initially as a Scribe Bedside Trainer and later as a Travel Trainer, implementing new scribe programs and training providers and hospital staff on workflows and processes. At St. Jude Medical, Susan served as a Clinical Product Surveillance Coordinator, investigating and analyzing medical device complaints and generating reports for submission. Susan then moved on to Augmedix, where they had multiple roles, including Implementation Manager, Operations Manager, and Clinical Operations Project Manager. In these roles, they led product implementations, managed customer onboarding, and oversaw day-to-day operations. Most recently, Susan worked at Planned Parenthood Federation of America as a Project Manager in Finance and later as the Associate Director of Project Management.

Susan Chow received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis. Susan attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
