Treva D. is an accomplished Senior Project Manager and Healthcare Subject Matter Expert at Planned Systems International since November 2017, where leadership includes guiding over 100 employees and directing multiple project teams for the Veterans Administration Electronic Health Record Modernization Program. Treva's expertise encompasses risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic program implementation, notably the introduction of a new enterprise Laboratory Information Management System in collaboration with the Department of Energy.
