Iryna Bashan has a diverse work experience in various roles. Iryna started their career as a Recruiter at Itransition Group in 2014, where they were responsible for candidate sourcing, recruitment, and market analysis. In 2016, they joined EPAM Systems as a Recruiter. Later, in 2017, they worked as a Senior Recruiter & HR specialist at Apalon and as a Talent Acquisition | Headhunter at Bulba Ventures. In 2020, they joined Planner 5D as an HR Director, where they played a vital role in HR support, talent acquisition, developing people strategy, implementing HR processes, and fostering feedback culture. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher at Школа Ширкиной in 2020. Throughout their career, Iryna has utilized various software, including Hi bob, Jira, Deel, Slack, Telegram, Notion, and others.

Iryna Bashan started their education journey in 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Russian State Social University, which they completed in 2012. In the same year, they obtained a certification as an NLP Practitioner from Synthesis Technologies "DAO NLP".

In 2014, Iryna Bashan acquired a certification as a DDI Target Selection:Interviewer from Development Dimensions International. Continuing their professional development, they obtained a certification in "Technologies of Sales for HR Specialists in the IT Sphere" from Business Tools in January 2016.

In 2017, Iryna Bashan received the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Gestalt therapy from the Moscow Gestalt Institute, with no specified completion date.
