Lily Kadach

Lily Kadach began their work experience in 2009 as a QA and Analytics Team Lead at Russian IT Group, where they worked on team planning and management. In 2013, they transitioned to Alfa-Bank, first as a Lead QA Engineer, responsible for testing mobile apps and creating a test group, and later as a Product Manager, focusing on the development of the Alfa Mobile application. Lily joined Planner 5D in 2020 as a Product Manager, contributing to the disruption of the Home Improvement market through the use of Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, and cross-platform applications.

Lily Kadach obtained their Engineer's degree in IT from Ufa State Aviation Technical University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2017, they attended ScrumTrek to study Lean Product Management. Lily also holds additional certifications including GOpractice from GoPractice, Inc obtained in June 2020 and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from ScrumAlliance obtained in 2016.
