Shauna Starks

Shauna Starks has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shauna began their career as a Sales Representative at Nabisco Biscuit Company in 1994, where they gained experience in merchandising and managing product displays. In 1995, Shauna became a Department Manager at McAlpins, where they successfully managed various departments and implemented strategies to increase sales and reduce shrink. Shauna then joined Stein Mart in 1996 as an Assistant Store Manager, where they learned all aspects of store operations and facilitated supply orders. After three years, they were promoted to General Manager, responsible for managing the sales, profit, inventory, staffing, and customer service of a $4 million store. In 2012, Shauna transitioned to a career in direct sales, working as an Independent Distributor for It Works! Global, promoting and distributing health and wellness products. Shauna later joined Bob's Discount Furniture as a Sales Manager, where they coached and developed a sales team. Most recently, Shauna has entered the field of network marketing, working as a Networking Marketing Rep for PlanNet Marketing and as an Independent Travel Agent for InteleTravel.com, assisting individuals and groups with their travel needs. In 2020, they became a Life Enrichment Coach at Getchalifeon.com, specializing in health, wellness, fitness, and travel. Overall, Shauna has gained extensive experience in sales, management, and marketing throughout their career.
