Taj'nai Harvey has extensive work experience across various industries. Taj'nai started their career in 2011 as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and later worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Neiman Marcus Group from 2014 to 2016. Taj'nai then joined Dicker Staffing Services as a Patient Service Representative, where they scheduled appointments, checked patients in, and verified insurance. In 2018, Taj'nai became a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers and later transitioned to the role of Medical Scribe at ScribeAmerica from 2019 to 2021. Taj'nai also worked as a Storyteller/Waitress/Food Runner at Snooze an A.M. Eatery, where they controlled the flow of food and provided customer service. Taj'nai's most recent position was at ADT, where they worked as General Care until March 2023. Currently, they are a Travel Business Owner at PlanNet Marketing.

In 2018, they enrolled at West Coast University and pursued a Bachelor of Nursing degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, which they completed in 2019. Subsequently, Taj'nai Harvey attended Texas Woman's University from 2019 to 2024, working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
