Alexann Yancey

Alexann Yancey is an experienced educator and coach with a strong background in physical education and sports leadership. Currently serving as a teacher at Plano ISD since August 2018, Alexann also holds the position of Head Basketball Coach at Spring Hill High School and serves as the Assistant Basketball Coach at Southlake Carroll ISD. Previous roles include Head Coach at Spring Hill School District and Physical Education Teacher at Montessori Children's House Fort Worth, where Alexann focused on promoting fitness and positive role modeling for middle school students. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Texas Christian University, complemented by experience as a reporter for TCU 360 and a media intern with the San Diego Padres.
