Carlos Rios

Carlos Rios is an accomplished educator and school counselor with extensive experience in various roles within educational settings. Currently serving as a School Counselor at Plano ISD since June 2022, Carlos previously worked as a Guidance Counselor and Teacher at Wichita Falls ISD from July 2016 to June 2022, where responsibilities included lesson planning and collaboration with special education teachers. Prior experience includes serving as an ASP College Advisor, assisting high school students with college admissions, and working as a Research Assistant at Bowdoin College. Carlos holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health/School Counseling from Midwestern State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College, specializing in Spanish Language and Literature and Education.
