Carol Atkins

Carol Atkins is a dedicated Computer Science Teacher at Plano ISD, specializing in AP Computer Science Principles, Computer Science I, Introduction to Engineering Design, Engineering Science, and serving as the Coding Club Coach since February 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Wellness Coach at WW, a Knowledge Manager at Avalon Consulting, and various teaching and organizational positions within Plano ISD. Carol's earlier career includes positions in software development, project management, and quality assurance in the telecommunications and software industries. Carol holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Loras College.
