Blake Wallace

Blake Wallace is an Orthopaedic Surgeon currently practicing at Plano Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center since August 2021. Previously, Blake served as an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellow at UCHealth from August 2020 to August 2021. Blake completed a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas from July 2015 to August 2020. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Baylor College of Medicine (2011-2015) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business (2007-2011). Additionally, Blake underwent fellowship training in Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgery at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus from 2020 to 2021.
