Ajoy Raj

Ajoy Raj has been in the tech industry since 2004. Ajoy started their career as a Software Engineer at Software Engineering Professionals (SEP) Inc. in 2004. In 2006, they joined Bing (Microsoft) as a Senior Applied Data Scientist Technical Lead (Development Manager). During their time at Bing, they managed the research and development team responsible for developing the algorithm for Bing's relevance engine, and delivered impactful results with measurable improvements. Ajoy also developed a new paradigm to improve relevance by incorporating semantic context to the search algorithm. In 2015, they co-founded PlanQube, a technology solutions company for capacity planning problems. Ajoy was responsible for working on big data application to analyze multiple data sources to provide insight and improve forecasting accuracy. In 2018, they co-founded Fieldnotes Ai and served as the Vice President of Engineering. Ajoy was instrumental in leading the technology team in developing the highly successful next generation Real Estate CRM that incorporates the latest in technology including cloud computing, AI, NLP processing and application development. Ajoy was also part of the leadership triage in envisioning, conceptualizing and implementing features for FieldNotes. Ai which successfully transformed into a profitable startup.

Ajoy Raj obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering from Purdue University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat between 1996 and 2000.
