Thomas Krane

Thomas Krane is the Managing Director at Insight Partners, where they began as a summer intern in 2012 and have advanced through various roles within the investment team. They focus primarily on investments in cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT infrastructure companies, supporting founders and entrepreneurs in leveraging market opportunities. Thomas has served on the board of multiple companies, including Adaptive Shield and Nearpod, the latter of which was sold for $650 million. Academically, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Physics and hold a Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics from the University of Pennsylvania.
