Heike Larcher has a diverse work experience primarily in the metal industry. Heike started their career in 1987 at BASF AG as a Chemielaborant and worked there until 2001. In 2003, they joined Plansee - Strong Metals as a Product Manager for products for the glass industry. From 2010 onwards, they held the position of Application Group Manager Single Crystal Growing at Plansee - Strong Metals. In 2017, they returned to Plansee - Strong Metals as the Head of Plansee Sales Development.
Heike Larcher's education history begins in 1977 when they attended Realschule Wiesloch and earned their Mittlere Reife. From 1983 to 1987, they pursued an education in Chemielaborant at BASF AG, culminating in an Ausbildung. Additionally, during the same time frame, they attended BBS Naturwissenschaften Ludwigshafen, where they completed their FOS in Chemietechnik. In 2016, they attended Career Center Linz and became a Certified Trainer for Communication and Behaviour. Also in 2016, they obtained a certification as a Prosci Practitioner from Prosci in the field of Change Management. In 2018, Heike Larcher gained a certification as a Certified Trainer from Vera Birkenbihl Akademie für gehirn-gerechtes Arbeiten, specializing in Workforce Development and Training. In the same year, they attended AEC disc Austria and obtained a certification as a Zertifizierter Potential Berater in AEC disc potential analysis.
