Austin van Amen

Austin Van Amen has a diverse work experience in customer support, account management, and online account management. Austin began their career in 2013 as a Senior Client Support Specialist at Willis Towers Watson's OneExchange, where they worked until 2019. In 2014, they briefly worked as an Account Manager at Boostability. In 2019, they joined Benefitfocus as a Customer Success Manager and stayed there until 2020. In 2020, they joined GBS Benefits, Inc. as an Online Account Manager but left in 2021. Currently, they work as a Customer Support Account Manager at PlanSource.

Austin Van Amen has an Associate's degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College, which was obtained in 2015.
