Bentley Hylton

Bentley Hylton's work experience begins with their role as an EDI Configuration Analyst at PlanSource, which started in October 2015.

Before that, they worked at IBM, starting in April 2013. At IBM, Bentley served as an Information Technology Security Administrator, where they provided technical multi-platform security document review to clients and implemented automation with the IEM Bigfix tool. They were knowledgeable in HIPPA, Sarbanes–Oxley Act, and IBM internal security documents. They conducted assessments and analyses of customer security documents, compiled customer settings and automation into a single document, and outlined required manual checks and processes for the systems administration teams.

Additionally, while at IBM, Bentley also held the role of Audit Compliance Focal. In this position, they managed steady state compliance and risks by monitoring and tracking execution processes and exceptions, ensuring compliance requirements were met. They conducted regular reviews on compliance/regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to customer, regulatory, and internal standards.

Bentley Hylton began their education at Rainy River Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. After completing their degree at Rainy River Community College, Bentley pursued higher education at the University of Dubuque from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Computer Information Systems.
