Kevin Fillipps

Kevin Fillipps is a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at PlanSource since March 2025, Kevin previously held the same title at Secureworks for a brief period in late 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing financial planning and enterprise analytics. Prior to these roles, Kevin was Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis at Benefitfocus, contributing to significant revenue and expense management following the company's acquisition by Voya Financial. Kevin's earlier career included leadership positions at Skillsoft, where oversight of a finance team supported a $600M business, and a foundational role as a financial analyst at the University of Florida, from which Kevin also graduated with dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Psychology.
