Marguerite Foster Franklin

Marguerite Foster Franklin has a diverse work experience. Marguerite started their career as a Retail Sales Associate at Victoria's Secret in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Marguerite then joined the Holler-Classic Automotive Group as a Service Cashier from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Office Administrator at Orange County Government, where they managed various administrative tasks and assisted in HR functions. From 2016 to 2018, Marguerite worked as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Lighting Controls Project Manager at SESCO Lighting, Inc. Marguerite'sresponsibilities included providing technical assistance, creating project layouts, and reviewing efficiency options. Marguerite then joined PlanSource in 2021 as a Renewal Project Manager, overseeing open enrollment program projects for outsourced employer groups. In 2023, they progressed to the role of Senior Renewal Project Manager and later became the Launch Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating projects, working with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring successful project completion.

Marguerite Foster Franklin attended Springfield Central High School from 2002 to 2006, where they focused on studying International Relations and Affairs. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Springfield Technical Community College from 2006 to 2011, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Finally, they attended Rollins College from 2015 to 2020, majoring in International Business Affairs with a specialization in International Project Management.
