Thomas Dubach (TJ)

Thomas (TJ) Dubach has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Thomas (TJ) started their career at Thanksgiving Point Golf Course in 2000, where they served as an Assistant Golf Professional. In this role, they supervised the golf shop staff, conducted employee training, and managed inventory and sales.

In 2005, Dubach joined Automatic Data Processing, Inc as a Benefits Specialist. Thomas (TJ) processed health and welfare enrollment reporting and resolved carrier-related issues for ADP clients. Thomas (TJ) later became a Technical Specialist and served as a subject matter expert on policies and procedures related to ADP's Carrier Enrollment Services department.

In 2011, Dubach joined PlanSource as an Account Manager, where they managed multiple client and broker accounts and provided exceptional customer service. In 2014, they were promoted to Product Delivery Manager - Exchanges, responsible for the delivery of the PlanSource Exchange Platform and establishing relationships with C-level executives.

Since 2016, Dubach has been serving as the Director of Emerging Business Operations at PlanSource. In this role, they are responsible for delivering the Exchange Platform, managing special client implementation projects, and overseeing department operations. Thomas (TJ) collaborates with clients and other departments to align projects with business needs and effectively manage resources and processes.

Throughout their career, Dubach has showcased strong project management skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build rapport with clients and executives.

Thomas (TJ) Dubach pursued their education with a strong focus on history. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Westminster University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. During this time, Dubach studied both History and Business. Subsequently, they furthered their academic journey at Utah State University from 2006 to 2011. Here, they successfully attained a Master of Arts degree, specializing in History. Throughout their education, Dubach's primary field of study remained focused on history.
