Adam Litwin

Adam Litwin has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Adam began their career in 2001 as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. After that, they worked as a Corporate Finance Attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they established their own law firm, Litwin Law Group, PLLC, where they served as a Corporate Attorney until 2015. Adam then joined Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP as a Corporate Attorney and worked there until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Plant Agricultural Systems.

Adam Litwin has a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Florida State University College of Law. Adam also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Rochester. In addition, they hold Bar Licenses from both the State Bar of Texas and The Florida Bar.
