Jacob Moss

Jacob Moss is the Vice President and In-House Counsel at Plant Construction Company, LP. Prior to this role, Jacob was an Attorney at Berding & Weil LLP representing real estate clients in construction defect and class action lawsuits. Jacob also worked as an Associate Attorney at Selman Breitman LLP defending construction, product liability, and personal injury cases. Jacob gained extensive experience in construction and commercial litigation as an Associate Attorney at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. Jacob holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in International Relations and Jewish Studies from Bucknell University.
