Mike Paves is currently the Plant Concrete - Vice President / Construction Manager at Plant Construction Company, LP since May 2021. Mike previously held the role of Vice President at WEBCOR Builders from January 2011 to May 2021, overseeing the Webcor Concrete Group. Mike has also worked as a Project Executive at BNBuilders, a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, and a Project Manager at Webcor Builders. Mike started their career as a Project Engineer at Cambria Environmental Technology. Mike holds a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
