Phillip Aguilar has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Manager at Plant Construction Company, LP since June 2019, while also holding the position of Senior Project Manager at the same company since 1999. With a professional background that spans over two decades within the same organization, Phillip Aguilar has developed a deep understanding of project management in construction. Phillip Aguilar is an alumnus of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where studies were completed between 1985 and 1991.
