Paul Koole has extensive experience in the agricultural and horticultural sector, particularly in biological pest control. Since April 2010, Paul has served as the Biobest IPM Technical Lead at Plant Products, a member of the Biobest Group, where expertise is applied in the production of beneficial insects for greenhouse and nursery pest management. Prior to this role, Paul was a Biological Crop Protection Specialist at Biobest Group from April 2010 to October 2022. Before joining Biobest, Paul was the Vice President and owner of Apko Nurseries Ltd. from June 1980 to March 2010. Educational achievements include a Level 2 certification in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and graduation from Fraser Valley Christian High in 1980.
