Rona Cabading Mana-ay, CPA, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Rona currently holds the position of Director, Finance and Accounting at Plant With Purpose since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Finance Technical Specialist/Advisor at UNDP Lao PDR from December 2015 to June 2021. Rona also worked as a Financial Management and Operations Specialist/Advisor at the World Bank - Ministry of Health - Timor-Leste from March 2014 to June 2015. In addition, Rona has held roles such as Controller/Head - Financial Management and Support Services at Habitat for Humanity Philippines from March 2012 to March 2014, Deputy Country Director - Operations at Oxfam Australia - Timor-Leste from November 2009 to November 2011, and Finance, Admin, and Logistics Manager at Avocats Sans Frontières - Timor-Leste from May 2007 to August 2009. Rona has also worked as a Financial Management Consultant, Managing Director at Community Unlimited, Inc. - Group of Consultants, and an Accounting Officer at SM Hardware Workshop. Rona has further contributed their expertise through various consulting roles with development organizations, focusing on financial and operational review, management information system and financial management system review and enhancement, and financial management training.

Rona Cabading Mana-ay, CPA, MBA has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce - Major in Accounting from the University of San Carlos, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Rona then pursued their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Finance from the University of the Philippines from 2005 to 2013.

In addition to their academic degrees, Rona Cabading Mana-ay has obtained several certifications. Rona is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC), which they obtained in May 1991. Rona also holds the Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) certification from the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM), which they obtained in October 2015. Rona is an Associate Management Consultant (AMC), certified by the Institute of Certified Management Consultants (ICMC) in April 2013.
