Jan Mousing is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in biotechnology and agricultural innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Mmimetika Biosciences ApS and PlantCarb ApS, Mousing leads initiatives focused on specialized dietary supplements and high amylose crops. As a Partner at Mousing & Hede Innovation ApS, Mousing develops commercially promising university research, while also providing start-up consulting through Mousing Consulting.
