Alexander Barann

Alexander Barann, CPA, serves as a Manager at Plante Moran since January 2016, specializing in Restructuring & Liquidity Management by advising distressed companies on improving profitability, liquidity, and enterprise value. Responsibilities include developing cash flow analyses, reporting on operational improvements, and facilitating financial restructuring. Alexander also holds the position of Treasurer at Motor City Performing Arts, where responsibilities encompass annual budget creation, cash forecasting, and managing accounting functions. Previous experience includes roles as an Accounting/Research Assistant and a Cybersecurity Intern at the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management and Plante Moran, respectively, as well as serving as a Staff Accountant at Abbey Flooring and Design.
