Heather Liles

Heather Liles is a professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in L&D Relationship Management at Plante Moran since March 2024. Previously, Liles was a Learning and Development Manager at Socium Media and a Training and Development Specialist at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Liles' career at Kabam spanned over six years, where responsibilities included leading a team in content creation for global support agents and mentoring L&D specialists. Earlier roles included positions as a Talent Development Partner and a Training and Quality Specialist, focusing on employee development and quality coaching. Liles began a career in education as a Spanish Teacher at both Denver Public Schools and Harrison School District No. 2, after earning a Master’s Degree in the Art of Teaching and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from the University of Arkansas.
