Joe Asperger has a diverse work history in the architectural and facilities management field. Joe started their career as an intern at Hobbs + Black in 1996 before moving on to Strat Associates, Inc. as a Project Architect & Designer, where they worked on various municipal and educational facilities. In 1999, they joined French Associates, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing all phases of projects for educational and institutional clients. In 2005, they joined Kettering University as a Sr. Facilities Planner, and later became the Director of the Physical Plant. In 2007, Joe started their own company, Architectural Creations, where they created architectural solutions for custom homes. Currently, Joe serves as a Sr. Vice President at Plante Moran Realpoint, bringing more than 25 years of architectural and owner's representative experience.

Joe Asperger holds a Master of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. Joe obtained their BS in Architecture from 1993 to 1997 and pursued their Master's degree from 1999 to 2002.
