R Joseph Perez

R Joseph Perez has extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management. R Joseph started their career as a Financial Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle in 2001 before joining Higgins Development Partners as an Investment Manager in 2004. R Joseph then worked as the Director of Financial Analysis at First Industrial Realty Trust from 2007 to 2009. Perez also served as a Portfolio Manager at Kimco Realty Corporation from 2011 to 2013, where they managed a diverse portfolio of properties across the United States and Canada. R Joseph furthered their career as an Asset Manager at Ventas, Inc. from 2013 to 2014, overseeing skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities in the Midwest and Southeast. Currently, Perez is working as the Senior Vice President at Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors since 2016. In this role, they lead the Chicago practice, providing real estate investment strategy, asset management, portfolio management, and real estate transactions for private, family office, and institutional clients.

R Joseph Perez earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Dartmouth College between 1997 and 2001. R Joseph also obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the State of Illinois.
