Lukas Böni

Lukas Böni is a co-founder and member of the Executive Board at Planted, where responsibilities focus on science and operations since January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD student and research assistant at ETH Zurich from February 2015 to November 2018 and February 2012 to April 2014, respectively. Additionally, Lukas was involved in a market research project with ETH juniors in early 2014 and completed a quality management internship at Coop from September 2012 to January 2013. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Food Science from ETH Zürich (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science from ETH Zürich (2009-2012), complemented by a brief period of study at the University of Melbourne in 2013.
