Bill Caplan

Bill Caplan serves as Non Executive Chairman for both Plantforce Rentals and Molson Group, leading prominent companies in the plant hire and construction equipment sectors since August 2018. Alongside these roles, Bill Caplan has held the title of Board Mentor at Criticaleye since April 2016, offering guidance to executives and board members. Previously, Bill Caplan was Non Executive Chairman at Weldex International until September 2023 and at CSH Surrey until October 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Non Executive Director at Phoenix Futures, and as an Executive Director and Regional Managing Director at Aggreko, with a history of leadership positions at UPS, culminating in diverse roles across multiple regions. Bill Caplan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Psychology from Vassar College.
