Michael Lu

Michael Lu is currently working as a Lead Engineer at Plantible Foods since December 2022. Prior to this, Michael held positions at Beyond Meat and E. & J. Gallo Winery, where Michael showcased their engineering expertise. At Gallo Glass Company, Michael managed the qualification of a cutting-edge wine glass furnace, optimizing manufacturing and inspection processes efficiently. During their tenure at E. & J. Gallo Winery, Michael worked as an Engineer 3 and Winery Systems Engineering Intern, earning certifications and completing projects that increased operational efficiency. Michael also gained experience at companies like Eli Lilly and Company and Technicolor. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
