Tommaso (Tom) Bartalucci has over 17 years of work experience in various engineering and managerial roles. In 2021, they began working at Plantible Foods as the VP of Engineering and Head Of Engineering. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Eat Just, Inc. as the Sr. Manager, Engineering, leading the engineering team through design, construction and commissioning of JUST new facility in Europe and driving the implementation of continuous improvement projects at JUST North America facility. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Katolu Ltd as the General Manager and at Polyco as a Consultant, performing consultancy activity on Nylon Film Extrusion, testing new Nylon blends and Masterbatches, and implementing screw design. In 2004, they worked at Sertec s.r.l as a Consultant.

Tommaso (Tom) Bartalucci's education history began in 1998 when they attended Università di Pisa, where they earned a degree in Chemical Engineering in 2004. Tommaso (Tom) then attended London Metropolitan University in 2005 and 2006, earning an MSc in Polymer Science & Engineering. In 2007 and 2008, they attended Brunel University London.
