Vanessa Gardano

Vanessa Gardano has over 25 years of work experience in the marketing field. Vanessa began their career in 1996 as a Marketing Manager for Revlon. In 2008, they moved to FLORA as a Marketing Manager and then to Coty in 2013 as the Brazil Color Cosmetics Manager. That same year, they began working for O Boticário as a Digital Marketing Manager and Loyalty. In 2015, they were hired by Grupo Boticário as a Consumer Insights and Multichannel Manager. In 2017, they took a sabbatical and then in 2018 they were hired as an Executive Marketing Manager for JAFRA Cosmetics International. In 2021, they were hired as the Head of Marketing for Nazca Cosméticos and most recently in 2022 they were hired as the Consumer Marketing & Innovation Director for PlantPlus Foods.

Vanessa Gardano has an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Business Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
