Mara Puisite has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mara is currently the Vice President of Transformation Solutions at Planview, Inc. Their role involves driving organizational change and transformation to provide customers with a seamless experience. Mara focuses on go-to-market strategies, customer engagement, and product offering changes to transform the customer journey.

Before joining Planview, Mara worked at Tasktop for several years. Mara served as a Principal Value Stream Architect, where they worked with enterprise accounts to guide their transformation into digital organizations. Mara played a crucial role in helping traditional businesses focus on value delivery and measurement of flow to identify improvement areas.

During their time at Tasktop, Mara also held the positions of Senior Presales Engineer, Presales Engineer, Product Manager, and Technical Business Analyst. In these roles, they demonstrated their leadership skills by owning technical field enablement activities and providing solutions to customers' business problems. Mara also served as a liaison between management and engineering teams, negotiating trade-offs for release cycles.

Prior to their tenure at Tasktop, Mara gained practical experience as a Project Assistant Intern at SIA "AA Projekts" during an internship.
