Rithwik Anand started their work experience as a Software Engineering Intern at HiveMinds Innovative Market Solutions in 2011. Rithwik then joined SAP in 2012 as a Software Developer, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Planview, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer, and their tenure there is ongoing.

- From 2008 to 2012, they attended Govt. Model Engineering College, Cochin, where they received a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science.
- Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Trissur, where they studied Computer Science as part of their Higher Secondary education.
- From 2002 to 2006, they attended Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mahe, where they focused on Science as part of their High School education.
