Seema Joshi

Seema Joshi is a result-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in product management and marketing, contributing significantly to technology companies such as BMC Software, Symantec, and NICE Ltd. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Planview, Seema focuses on empowering leaders to achieve critical project and product initiatives. They have held key roles in innovation and product development, including as President and Cofounder of SERV'D, aimed at enhancing financial inclusion for low-income groups. Seema also actively participates in the product community as a TedX speaker and board member of the Product Leaders Forum. Seema holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune and has completed multiple certifications in product management.
