Senthil Nagarajan

Senthil Nagarajan is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder at PlanYear since July 2022, Senthil focuses on automating insurance processes to enhance client relationships. Previously, as Co-Founder and COO at Lumity, Senthil played a pivotal role in delivering modern benefits solutions before the company was acquired by Alera Group. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Intel Corporation, TiVo, Lotus Interworks, Mistral, BackWeb Technologies, Nortel, and Philips, where Senthil contributed to product management, marketing, and strategic operations. Senthil holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BE in Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
