Aaron is the President & Owner of Plas-Tech Engineering Inc., a company that specializes in delivering new technologies and quality products to the Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Biotech industries. Since starting the company in 1990, Aaron has worked closely with industry leaders to provide responsive support to customers. In 2004, they founded Equinox Medical LLC, a medical products company that holds 6 patents and offers standard components for the Medical and Pharmaceutical Marketplace. Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated expertise in product and mold design, automation, and patent ownership.
Aaron Hirschmann attended Manitowoc Lutheran High School from 1978 to 1981. After completing high school, they enrolled at AIT from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

We have extensive experience in the development and manufacturing of custom syringes for prefilled pharmaceutical applications using COC and COP polymers. Insert moldig for medical applications as well as other highly technical insert molding applications are also done at Plas-Tech Engineering.
