Michal Hirsch

Michal Hirsch began their work experience as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Tefron in April 2011. Michal then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Director in July 2015 and held that position until December 2020. In November 2019, they also took on the role of Workshop Facilitator at their own company, Michal Hirsch. In December 2020, Michal Hirsch joined Plasan as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Michal Hirsch earned a Master's degree in Organizational development and consulting from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College from 2019 to 2021. They also pursued a Master's degree at the University of Haifa in 2015. Additionally, Michal studied Human Resource Management at Western Galilee College.
