Rick Horton

Rick Horton is an experienced professional in instructional design and training management, currently serving as the Product Learning and Training Manager at PLASKOLITE since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rick contributed significantly to American Family Insurance in various capacities, including Instructional Designer and Education Department Project Manager, where responsibilities spanned developing reusable content and managing multiple projects. Rick also held positions at Ariel Corporation, Huntington National Bank, and State Auto Insurance, focusing on curriculum design, training content management, and blending e-learning with classroom instruction. With a B.S. in Communications from Ohio University and a Master's Degree in Education - Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University, Rick combines educational expertise with extensive hands-on experience in the industry.
