Caroline Maquestiaux

After her graduation in 2007, Caroline worked as a Consultant for Cross International, an HR services agency with offices in Belgium and Poland. In 2011 she joined Niscayah, where she started up the HR department from scratch. After the acquisition by Stanley Black & Decker, she worked on the integration and was part of the European Talent Management Team with a focus on Benelux and GALP. After a 6-month assignment with Carrefour, she joined Fike in 2014 to build the HR department for the European HQ and Sales Offices throughout Europe, and to support the change to a global matrix structure.

Caroline holds a Bachelor in Human Resources from the University College of UCCL Leuven.
